COMMON QUESTIONS
How long is the cord?
The reel gives you 70 feet of working cord plus a 4.5-foot lead-in cord. The ratchet system lets you lock it at any length you need.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. The SJTOW cord is oil resistant, weather resistant and abrasion resistant, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
How does the overload protection work?
A built-in 15A safety circuit breaker automatically cuts power when current exceeds the rated value. Press the reset button to restore power — no need to replace fuses.
Will the cord tangle when retracting?
No. The upgraded wire roller guide technology ensures the cord retracts evenly and slowly, eliminating jams and tangles.
