Return Policy
Return Period: We have a 30 - day return policy. That is, you can request a return within 30 days after receiving the item.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Application Method: Contact the seller by sending an email to support@hozereel.com to apply for a return and state your reasons.

Subsequent Procedures: If the return application is accepted, the seller will send a confirmation email approving the return and instructions on the return address. The refund process will start after the seller signs for the returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Special Note: For returns that are not due to product quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
An incorrect address may result in delays or returned packages:
