Warranty Coverage

Damages and issues

Exchanges

Refunds

Does it come with a hose or do you buy that separately?
It comes with all the accessories necessary, and include hose and reel for sure.
Can the sprayer nozzle, leader hose and bracket be replaced?
Yes. The nozzle, leader hose and bracket can be changed and all these replacement is available.
Can I mount it on a 4x4?
Yes. Ours is mounted on a 4x4 post and is also on a boat seat swivel so it came move beyond 180°. You can also filled the plastic mount with expanding foam for extra support.
Is it safe to retract?
Yes, normally the automatic hose reel is slow but I still hold on to the hose as it retracts because this will help ensure its longevity.
Will the hose be kinked and tangled？
Not at all. The included hoses all have a nice smooth glossy finish that washes off easy after being dragged thru garden dirt and mud which makes keeping clean a snap before storing the hose away. The hose also maintains its shape well and does not seem to want to ever kink under normal everyday use.
How can I get backup mounts for the wall so I can easily move it to the other side of my house when needed?
Of course, please contact seller if you need extra mounts.
Is it too fast when retracting the hose?
Give the hose a gentle tug and guide it slowly back to the reel.Although the hose is retracted automatically, we kindly advise you to guide the hose manually when retracting so as to extend the use life of the hose guide and the recovery spring.
Does it have any leak issues?
the hose itself is far better quality and the fittings are durable brass.No leaks were found when using the hose.
Can I use a drill bit and what size is required?
A 1/2" size drill bit will be perfect.
Will it last for years?
From experience it needs to be mentioned that these hose reels will last a long time if you do not abuse them.Meaning, don't go letting the internal wind mechinism take the hose in at full throttle.I kinda hold a little resistance as the take up reel is pulling in the hose so as not to overspeed and weaken the internal spring.

The nicest hose reel I have ever seen. Very well made and the install instructions are top notch. Everything included with the kit seems well made. I have only had it installed for a couple days and have used it twice. So far it works flawlessly.
This is a solid retractable hose! The retraction feature works well and quickly. The hose itself is a 1/2” hose vs many others we've had that are 5/8”. I don't think this will affect performance, but it might be slightly less flow than we're used to. A trade off for the ability to fit more length in the housing. The fittings appear to be high quality and solid brass. Overall it looks so much more neat and tidy than the hoses we've always had. It's definitely an investment, but I'm happy to have the pile off the ground or to not need to wind a hose after each use. As we live in a climate that freezes most nights in winter, we haven't installed this yet. We're waiting for spring to officially arrive before mounting on the house. I will update this review if we encounter any issues with installation or use. Happy shopping!
I needed and was shopping for a new hose and reel for a certain area when this Hozereel brand arrived. I opened the box and right on top was a self stick mounting template. I'm extremely detail oriented and that detail told me an instant story; the quality of this product was so good I knew I had to rethink my original plan. My main hose and reel is a hundred foot 5/8th inch industrial duty Eley brand I bought about ten years ago along with an assortment of real solid brass fittings all designed to last a lifetime. It's in great shape and in the process of doing just that. At the same time I wanted to install a small outdoor stand alone stainless steel sink and Costco just happened to have one on sale. I bought the sink and that started the wheels turning. This Hozereel will fit right next to the new sink and while it is not the "industrial" quality of the Eley it's the best looking and functioning reel assembly for homeowner use I've seen. I was thinking it will not only look good and I'll installed at a more comfortable height to use and it's a bonus 35 feet longer than my old hose. The template that started it all is responsible, my wife thinks I'm nuts but I'm heading out after the vision. Compared to the price of my industrial hose, the attention to the design details and the high quality of this reels' materials makes this a top quality replacement, a very good value and well worth the price.
I cannot even express how much I love this. Our backyard was turning into a mess of hoses between automatic dog and chicken waterers, sprinklers and irrigation. This reel makes manual watering and general hose use significantly easier and less time consuming.The retract works perfectly, it swivels nicely and the hose is long enough to reach me entire yard.My mistake was mounting it to a 4inch post instead of a 6, I had to add some wood to fit the mounting plate. Our fence is made up of 4inch posts so something to keep in mind if thats where you plan to put it.Overall extremely happy with it and saves so much time winding up the hose after use
I'm not sure how I functioned with the traditional hoses for so long. This unit has made my life so easy. Previously my hoses were on the crank styles that you have to manually roll up. This has absolutely changed the game. I love how this can mount on any sturdy pole or wall that you have. Make sure that you do not install this on siding or something else that could easily pull away. This unit is pretty heavy so be aware of that. The hose that it comes with is decent quality. It rolls up with no issues. I don't have any problems with kinking. The hose length works well for me. I haven't had any leaking from either the unit or the nozzle.
