Shipping Time for Warranty Parts

Terms and Conditions

• The warranty covers only the replacement of defective accessories. It does not cover any damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• In case the exact replacement part is not available, we will provide an equivalent part of equal or greater value.

Return Policy
Return Period: We have a 30 - day return policy. That is, you can request a return within 30 days after receiving the item.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Subsequent Procedures: If the return application is accepted, the seller will send a confirmation email approving the return and instructions on the return address. The refund process will start after the seller signs for the returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Special Note: For returns that are not due to product quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
