Return Policy

Does it come with a hose or do you buy that separately?
It comes with all the accessories necessary, and include hose and reel for sure.
Can the sprayer nozzle, leader hose and bracket be replaced?
Yes. The nozzle, leader hose and bracket can be changed and all these replacement is available.
Can I mount it on a 4x4?
Yes. Ours is mounted on a 4x4 post and is also on a boat seat swivel so it came move beyond 180°. You can also filled the plastic mount with expanding foam for extra support.
Is it safe to retract?
Yes, normally the automatic hose reel is slow but I still hold on to the hose as it retracts because this will help ensure its longevity.
Will the hose be kinked and tangled？
Not at all. The included hoses all have a nice smooth glossy finish that washes off easy after being dragged thru garden dirt and mud which makes keeping clean a snap before storing the hose away. The hose also maintains its shape well and does not seem to want to ever kink under normal everyday use.
How can I get backup mounts for the wall so I can easily move it to the other side of my house when needed?
Of course, please contact seller if you need extra mounts.
Is it too fast when retracting the hose?
Give the hose a gentle tug and guide it slowly back to the reel.Although the hose is retracted automatically, we kindly advise you to guide the hose manually when retracting so as to extend the use life of the hose guide and the recovery spring.
Does it have any leak issues?
the hose itself is far better quality and the fittings are durable brass.No leaks were found when using the hose.
Can I use a drill bit and what size is required?
A 1/2" size drill bit will be perfect.
Will it last for years?
From experience it needs to be mentioned that these hose reels will last a long time if you do not abuse them.Meaning, don't go letting the internal wind mechinism take the hose in at full throttle.I kinda hold a little resistance as the take up reel is pulling in the hose so as not to overspeed and weaken the internal spring.

I liked everything about it. EXCEPT: Prior to cutting a 4x4"x8' post, I checked how well the mounting bracket would fit. It didn't. Bracket holes were too wide for the post. Returned the post and bought a 2x6"x8' treated board. Bracket would fit very well. Cut the board in half. "Sistered" them together with 3" deck screws through both surfaces. Put it in 27" post hole with gravel on the bottom and 3" up the sides. 1 bad of quickset concrete, 1 gallon of water. Couple of hours later - solid. Paint with primer and finish coat to match house. Mounted. Difficulty driving lag screws. Required long ratchet socket. Unable to ratchet middle lag screw due to small hole diameter. The other 4 were solid holds. I'm happy with finished outcome. 2 friends are now interested in purchases. And, my help with installation.
Easy to install and good quality
EZ install on the side of my house. Took about 35 minutes, including 2 trips to my workshop for tools. No complaints, So far. I’m impressed. Just got it up yesterday.
I really like this hose reel. I had to modify a 4 x 4 post with additional space for the screws as the heavy duty one is set up or designed for a 6 x 6 post. It was no big deal and I really like it and I installed the smaller one on the side of my house so I have too soon to buy a third
